Justin MCBEE
a lifelong car enthusiast whoe passion for rally began with Gran Turismo 2 and $250 Volkswagen Dasher. He now combines his experience as a mechanic, body man, and competitor to make Rally and RallyCross more acessible in Arizona.

Philip Mickleborough
With over a decade of hands-on experience as a race engineer, mechanic, and driver, he has contributed to and competed in a diverse range of professional and amateur racing series, including the FIA Master Championship in Europe, ARA Rally, Lemon 24hr, Lucky Dog endurance series, and SCCA RallyCross. Holding a master’s degree in mathematics with a focus on applied math, he brings a meticulous, analytical approach to vehicle dynamics, suspension tuning, and race car development. His career is marked by podium finishes across every series he has participated in, highlighted by race victories in newly built cars at their debut events. Known for diligence throughout the design, build, and setup phases, he embraces innovative solutions to push performance boundaries.
